Port of Everett has selected EI Technologies, LLC to provide Professional GIS Consulting Services

 

Port of Everett has signed with EI Technologies, LLC to provide Professional GIS Consulting Services. Services under this contract include GIS Needs Assessment, Data Conversion, Application Development, Implementation Support, System Integration, Training, and Technical Support.

Everett is the county seat and the largest city in Snohomish County, Washington. Named for Everett Colby, son of founder Charles L. Colby, it lies 25 miles north of Seattle. The city has a population of 102,400 making it the 6th largest in the state and fourth-largest in the Puget Sound area. It received the All-America City Award in 2002.

In 1984, Everett was selected as the site of a U.S. Navy Homeport, Naval Station Everett. The Naval Station formally opened in 1992 and on January 8, 1997 welcomed the aircraft carrier USS Abraham Lincoln. Everett is also home to the Port of Everett, an international shipping port, which brings trade, commerce, jobs and recreational opportunities to the city.
